What are the main classifications of sandblasting machines?
Sandblasting machines are the most widely used products in abrasive jet technology. Sandblasting machines are generally divided into two categories: dry sandblasting machines and liquid sandblasting machines. Dry sandblasting machines can also be divided into suction type and pressure type.
1、 Suction type dry sandblasting machine
1. General composition
A complete suction dry sand blasting machine is generally composed of six systems, namely, structural system, medium power system, Plumbing, dust removal system, control system and auxiliary system.
2. Working principle
The suction type dry sandblasting machine is powered by compressed air and forms a negative pressure inside the spray gun through the high-speed movement of the air flow. The abrasive is sucked into the spray gun through the sand conveying pipe and shot out through the nozzle, sprayed onto the processed surface to achieve the expected processing goal. In a suction type dry sandblasting machine, compressed air is both the feeding power and the accelerating power of the jet.
2、 Press-in dry sandblasting machine
For the pressure type dry sandblasting machine, we focus on introducing the pressure type sandblasting work unit, which is the basic work unit composed of a pressure tank and a spray gun.

A complete work unit of press in dry sand blasting machine is generally composed of four systems, namely pressure tank, medium power system, Plumbing and control system.
2. Working principle of press in dry sandblasting machine
The press in dry sandblasting machine is powered by compressed air. The working pressure established by compressed air in the pressure tank is used to press the abrasive into the sand conveying pipe through the sand outlet valve and shoot it out through the nozzle, spraying it onto the processed surface to achieve the expected processing goal. In a press type dry sandblasting machine, compressed air is both the feeding power and the accelerating power of the jet.
3、 Liquid sandblasting machine
Compared to dry sandblasting machines, the biggest feature of liquid sandblasting machines is that they effectively control dust pollution during sandblasting processing and improve the working environment of sandblasting operations. The following will provide a detailed introduction to the structural composition and working principle of the liquid sandblasting machine.

A complete liquid sand blasting machine is generally composed of five systems, namely structural system, medium power system, Plumbing, control system and auxiliary system.
2. Working principle
The liquid sandblasting machine uses a grinding fluid pump as the feed power for the grinding fluid, and through the grinding fluid pump, the evenly stirred grinding fluid (a mixture of abrasive and water) is transported to the spray gun. Compressed air, as the acceleration power of the grinding fluid, enters the spray gun through the gas pipeline. Inside the spray gun, compressed air accelerates the grinding fluid entering the spray gun and is sprayed out through the nozzle to achieve the expected processing purpose on the processed surface. In a liquid sandblasting machine, the grinding fluid pump serves as the feed power and compressed air serves as the acceleration power.
