3、 Liquid sandblasting machine

Compared to dry sandblasting machines, the biggest feature of liquid sandblasting machines is that they effectively control dust pollution during sandblasting processing and improve the working environment of sandblasting operations. 2. Working principle

The liquid sandblasting machine uses a grinding fluid pump as the feed power for the grinding fluid, and through the grinding fluid pump, the evenly stirred grinding fluid (a mixture of abrasive and water) is transported to the spray gun. Compressed air, as the acceleration power of the grinding fluid, enters the spray gun through the gas pipeline. Inside the spray gun, compressed air accelerates the grinding fluid entering the spray gun and is sprayed out through the nozzle to achieve the expected processing purpose on the processed surface. In a liquid sandblasting machine, the grinding fluid pump serves as the feed power and compressed air serves as the acceleration power.
