1. The entire machine is divided into manual control and automatic control. Each process can be individually controlled manually. Automatically controlled by a human-machine interface program, with an automatic alarm system. High degree of automation, zero fault design.

2. The main electrical components adopt well-known domestic and foreign brands such as Mitsubishi human-machine interface, Delta frequency converter, Schneider Electric, etc.

3. Equipped with infrared sensing, when the workpiece reaches the bottom of the spray gun, the spray gun automatically starts the sandblasting operation, minimizing abrasive wear and tear.

4. Equipped with timer and piece counting functions, user-friendly design, and simpler operation.

5. The angle of each spray gun can be adjusted by the gun holder, which can automatically convert frequency and swing, and can be sandblasted at fixed points, with strong flexibility and wide applicability.

6. The material recovery adopts pneumatic recovery, and the sand material can be automatically recycled. The sand material at both ends of the funnel adopts a centralized spiral conveyor type.

7. Equipped with Omron PLC automatic filter pulse back blowing dust removal system, which can capture sand dust above 5um.
